(i work as a CSR - customer service rep - a flash term coined by sumbody in new zealand that actually says fast turnover workers over the counter…)

pay is somewhat poor (depending on your exp and your stats)
treatment is poor (not by bos but by customer..mostly, if your boss is azn, the treatment is poor or a tight assed white dude)
but your customer mainly stems for the following categories

- ppl who look rich but are shit poor and have no absolute class at all
- rich ppl who dress really shitly but they have more class than your average rich-dude-wannabe
- idiots who think they have shitloads of money and talk to you like your momma didn’t teach you english and buy under $1 stuff. - DIRTCHEAPSKATE
- drunken racist mofo who’s brain is totally fucked up by alcohol.
- idiots who think we don’t know when they’ve fucken stole the shop’s (another branch) stamp and tries to get free stuff of us
- minors wanting to buy illegal substances (for their age at least..)
- mofo who purposely come in and steal stuff and accuse staff for harrassing and discriminating them (they’re more defiant when you show them the tape of them caught in the fucken act and say you’ll be hearing from their fucken lawyers..)

but what cheeses me off
is the obese ppl who…
fucking give u a long list of demands on how specific they want their particular items to be
and then call u a cunt for not getting it right and saying we’re contributing to their already obese weight.
fuck you…don’t buy so much fizzy drinks, smoke so much (actually ur suppose to lose weight smoking wateva weed u doin…but no..u fucken defy the laws of drugs…) and most of all, don’t walk up the mofo junk food alley and buy the whole rack and COMPLAIN YOU ARE GETTING FAT.

another thing that cheeses me off is mofo who are in a hurry
aye, my machine only works as fast as the technology allows it too
so if you can’t wait, just drive off wif the goods and deal wif the cops for stealing
and to punters who throw money on the counter, i hope somebody throws 5 to your face.
(if somebody did that, i will beat them up and resign from my job…)

there’s a fucken sign there. you can’t read english and yet you can drive a car?

AND TO THE OLD LADIES and other MOFO who demand services
if you want the fuckin service you come in and ask ok?
we’re not gonna run to your every whim and shit..
maybe if you pay me like $100 an hour,
i promise to drop everything and serve you wifh first class service at any time of the day.

and at any rate, today i felt like beating up this dude wif this new move i learnt XD
need to practice but….i remembered he’s old and useless and mental and he’s a white trash
