today’s post - Beep test

do you know what is a beep test?
this is a horrible thing i had to do for 3 years because it was MANDATORY in P.E >< "
there is like either 10 or 12 laps
you run forth and back(1 complete run) in a space designated to fit the time in the tape that the teacher will play
and the first 2 level is sweet. after that
you have to increase the speed to match up with the stupid tape
run faster to complete 1 run...until level 12...
omg...
imagine lar...if its 12(with something like 10 runs per level) levels and you increase the laps per level >< "
run faster summore ... cannot break..once you stop you're out
omgg -_-"

actually this isn't a very good depiction but i will find something later
but the thing is THIS IS TORTURE
and the uni does a beep test monthly ...if you decide to partake in this torturous thing ><

i always remember
i've never passed level 4.5 for 2 years
then in my final year when i had to lift so many heavy gear for our band tour..
omg...
i made it almost to 7!

but for now
i'm back to below 4.5 avg... and
i will never do this ever again
unless its mandatory and my life depends on it

for now
i'm just going to eat a lot of potato chips and sit in front of the tv and wait for winter to be gone
and i start exercising and starving until spring is over

i'm going to sign up for dance class so i can move a bit like Rain in his "its raining" mtv..
i wish he was my dance teacher.
